Self-hosted n8n, supervised, automations that hold up in production.
Scroll deploys n8n on your infrastructure: versioned like code, monitored, with no dependency on an automation SaaS. From emails to ERP, CRM to business files, we industrialise your processes without making them fragile.
versionedFailures follow-up + alertn8n in our projects,
the automations we deploy.
Six automation workflows we actually put into production, from invoice processing to lead qualification, each connected to your tools.
Invoice reconciliation & processing
Data extraction from invoices (OCR + AI), matching with purchase orders, writing to the ERP. Exceptions are escalated to a human; the rest runs automatically.
Lead qualification & enrichment
Every incoming lead is enriched, scored, and routed to the right salesperson in the CRM. No more manual entry, no more leads left unattended.
File processing & onboarding
Document collection, automatic follow-ups, checks, account and access creation. The file progresses without a human pushing each step.
Inter-IS synchronisation
Connecting tools that don’t communicate: ERP, CRM, billing, support. n8n bridges the gap, with explicit, versioned business logic.
Sorting & responding to communications
Detect genuine sales inquiries in the email flow, qualify them with AI, and push them into the ERP without re-entry. This is exactly the Imalize project.
Operational monitoring & alerting
Monitor business thresholds, aggregate signals, and alert the right person on the right channel. A safety net with follow-ups and escalation in case of failure.
Production-grade automation,
not a fragile workaround that fails silently.
"Building an n8n workflow" and "running n8n in production" are not the same thing. The difference lies in four key areas we address from the design phase.
Self-hosted & sovereign
n8n runs on your infrastructure (OVH, Scaleway, private cloud). Data and credentials do not pass through a third-party SaaS, which is essential when handling customer data or sensitive documents.
Versioned like code
Workflows don’t just live in the visual editor: they’re exported, versioned in Git, and deployed reproducibly. We review changes, roll back, and test in staging before production.
Monitored in production
Logs, monitoring, alerting. If execution fails, the system retries and then alerts with a direct link to the incident. An automation that fails silently costs more than no automation at all.
Reversibility
No lock-in: n8n is open source, workflows and data belong to you. We transfer operations to your team with documentation and training whenever you’re ready.
From sales emails to the ERP,
in a sovereign chain.
At Imalize, opportunities arrive by email, buried in the noise. Scroll deployed a self-hosted n8n workflow on their infrastructure: Outlook inbox monitoring, detection of technical attachments, qualification by a Mistral AI agent (French sovereign model), then automatic writing to the Dolibarr ERP via API—no re-entry required. Data and technical plans never leave the company’s controlled perimeter.

into a Scroll automation chain.
n8n orchestrates: it triggers, routes, transforms, calls. Around it, open-source components and sovereign models complete the chain: AI, databases, connectors, monitoring.
Cloud or self-hosted,
how do we choose?
n8n is available as a managed Cloud version or self-hosted. The choice hinges on one criterion: can your data and credentials transit through a third-party service, or must they remain within an infrastructure you control?
n8n self-hosted
OVH / ScalewayOur default recommendation. n8n runs on your infrastructure: credentials, data, and documents never leave your perimeter. Updates, monitoring, and backups are managed by Scroll or handed over to your team.
Sensitive client data or documents, sovereignty requirements, high execution volume, or need for custom connectors.
n8n Cloud
Managedn8n’s managed version: no ops to handle, automatic updates, and quick setup. Executions run on n8n’s infrastructure, which is acceptable when data is not sensitive.
No sovereignty constraints, no ops team, prototyping, or moderate volume with non-sensitive data.
